Update and view your details Online

You are able to view and update details on your holding via our share registry’s (Link Market Services Limited) secure website at www.linkmarketservices.com.au. To access this secure site, you will need your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or your Holder Identification Number (HIN), your surname/company name and postcode. Your SRN or HIN appears on the top right-hand section of your holding statement. For security reasons, it is important that you keep this number confidential.

How to update your information:

1.       Login to Link’s Investor Centre at www.linkmarketservices.com.au and click on ‘Investor Login’

2.       Enter your email address and password in Portfolio Login.

3.       If you do not have a Portfolio* login, please set up a portfolio by selecting Register Now and follow the prompts.

Authentication may be required depending on the value of your portfolio. If you are unable to update your address or bank account details online; you must complete the relevant forms (available on Link’s website) and return the completed forms to Link.

How to register for a Portfolio:

1.       Enter the Issuer’s name/ASX Code.

2.       You will need your HIN/SRN. This important information is on your holding statement. You should always ensure to keep this information in a safe place.

3.       Your postcode or, if your registered address is overseas, click on the Outside Australia link and select your country of residence from the drop-down list.

* Setting up a Portfolio login allows you to easily manage your holdings across issuers who use Link as their registrar.

You can also manage your Link Portfolio on the go, simply download the Link Investor Centre mobile app from Apple Store or Google Play. Alternatively they can call Link’s call centre on 1300 554 474 to obtain a form.
